Description: Custom rail spacing for a two rail fence with one wire between rails and two wires below bottom rail. 200mm square posts used along the main subdivison road, Rosa Villa Lane, and 150mm square posts on the minor roads.
Customer Brief:
Traverse Property Ltd, required a rural type of fence with different specs for the main roads and smaller lane ways. After consultation a custom fence was designed with their own rail spacings and finished fence height. All gates were supplied by Beams & Timber Direct Ltd to give uniformity to the subdivision and continue with the rural theme throughout all lots. The developers wanted to have fencing which was open and non-restrictive with a farm flavour in keeping with the larger farming properties nearby.
